They were recommended to me by a cousin in the trucking business. I asked for a quote over the web and got a response immediately (other companies responded after a day or two). They gave me an appointment to my convenience and regularly reminded me and even urged me to come in earlier. Although they said the towbar would be fitted in 4 to 4.5 hours it was done within an hour. A few days later I tested it on a lightweight trailer (I'm new to this) and all went well.
