SA timber's doesn't want my money... Oh well

Today I contacted SA timber's main branch WhatsApp line to get information regarding some building materials I wanted to get a quotation on for a 6x6m foundation slab, I messaged the line exactly at 11:29 the message was read and no response was made I then again messaged them again at 16:12 and received feedback from a consultant by the name of Jaco he then didn't apologize for the very delayed response or even bothered to greet and then said "Am out office will send u tomorrow" I do have WhatsApp screenshots of the conversation and this was absolutely unacceptable especially for a client looking to buy bulk material from SA timber. I'm not entirely sure why the service is the way it is from the main branch in welkom, I will be looking to report the matter to head office as well regarding the matter attaching the screenshot of the incident. SA timber's if you don't want my money say so there's plenty of other places that sell the exact same material. No need to waste my time or your own time.
