SA Timber Are tsotsies

I bought building materials there it's about three months back, they took a lot of time to deliver some of materials I bought yet I told them to kindly reserve bricks for a 4 weeks and paid in advance but they choose not to listen to me and deliver anyway but refuse to make delivery of the rest of staff and finally I decided to cancel some staff to claim my money back but they refuse to pay me back saying that money of mine is charged for storage.... I just need my money
