Cioleted my rights as a customer

I purchased circular saw at SA timber(Wesselsbron) now the machine has a problem and they refused to fund me back my money because i am black.... i returned the machine within 30 minutes of purchased. I tried to take something else in the shop as exchange... this people are unreasonable
