Good Paving & Tar Job (Happy Client).

A very well done job at our complex flats. They recently finished some small paving in front of all door entrances to tenants flats and the entire parking area of 1860m²

The team is very respectful and cooperative. We refused 70% Deposit as we wanted to be sure of who we were dealing with. Job went on and later paid him another 40% as per request and with-hold the 10% as our policy to see the quality of work. We just had to revisit the cleaning of the area but all sorted out. Project has been signed off by me and the other trustees.

One of their guys picked up a cellphone of one of our tenants and they brought it to me, that alone gave me a peace of mind as that was an expensive piece of gadget.
