SA Store: Hot Sale - ice cold!

I have place an order with SA Store through their Facebook order page on the 14th December 2022. The order was for a combo of 5 bra's. I received someone else's order, 1 bra and totally incorrect size in January 2023. All correspondence with them are ignored and getting back a default message to reply with order number, which I have done several times.
