Dear Customers of Online Shop S-A,

I am writing this as a serious warning to anyone considering making a purchase from this online store. I feel it is my responsibility to share my experience in the hope of protecting others from a similar situation.

On April 4, 2025, I placed an order with Online Shop S-A for Stanley cups intended as gifts for all my work colleagues. For over a month, I was repeatedly told that delivery would happen “the next day.” Eventually, the company admitted they could not fulfill the order due to their supplier’s failure to deliver and the alleged loss of their payment to that supplier.

I remained understanding and requested a refund. However, despite constant reassurances that the refund was “on the way,” nearly three months later, I still haven'treceived my refund, they transfered only a R100 after promising to repay R400 per week since they can't "afford" my refund.

Each time I follow up, I receive the same empty promises. My patience has run out, and I have now decided to publicly name and shame this company until I am refunded in full.

I can attach screenshots of our WhatsApp correspondence, clearly showing their ongoing failure to resolve the matter and honor a simple refund for undelivered goods.

Until this issue is resolved and I receive my rightful refund, I will continue to raise awareness and warn potential customers.
