No delivery despite multiple promises from owner

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ONLINE STORE! Service is terrible and you will have to chase after your products!! I have not revived anything.

I purchased a bag from the store. After a few weeks I did not receive anything so I sent two follow-up mails and received no response. The company had no telephone number up so I immediately thought they were a **** and threatened to report them to S.A. cyber crime. The owner then calls me- screaming, stating that it’s my fault as I selected the option for postal delivery which takes 60 days. (No normal person in SA would use the postal service so I don’t understand why that would be an option.) i then apologized assuming it’s my mistake.

He then calls back saying that it wasn’t my mistake, the site actually took down the options and defaulted me to postal delivery.

I then told him I will purchase the same thing again and choose courier for delivery. This required me to pay R75 and it stated on the website that it would take 4-6 days for delivery.

I am on day 21 now. And when I contacted the owner and asked why it wasn’t delivered yet.. he said to me that there is nothing that states that it will take 4-6 days, when the website clearly says this. Furthermore, how long is a reasonable time to wait when you pay extra for courier???

He has given me tons of excuses and I am yet to see my product arrive. My advise is, do not buy from this store!

I have also discovered that they purchased the product from overseas only after I ordered my bag. How unprofessional.

This has been a horrible experience and I hope no one else gets ******* into buying anything from them.
