No care for communication and update.

I don't believe that's how a business and supplier strive.

Pity our little money and drop in the ocean order isn't worth updates.

The person who called me last week after I called in to make a follow up asked me what kind of a parent that purchases a dictionary in January and then expects a company that showed the item available on their website, to deliver..😕

No need for a call this time.
