Never got order or reply to email

I ordered online, money taken instantaneously. I emailed them the next day and enquired as to changing the size of my grandsons outfit. Got an Email from an Emily Smith stating that it was no problem. That was 12 August 2024 and all emails since then have gone unanswered - I did this from Facebook so beware out there folks. Seems like a **** to me. #nngsa #nononsenceguysa
