SA rugby magazine doesn't deliver orders nor promises.

I bought an SA rugby subscription for a very dear young man in November. I have sent numerous emails every month 'begging' for his magazine to be delivered. He received 3 in Feb (via courrier) and 2 last week (also courrier). Who wants to receive a magazine issue 3 months late? I have been told they are trying to hear from the distributers, but still no response. 6 months in and it is still not sorted out. This is very frustrating and disappointing, for both me and the young man. Please can somebody attend to this matter. It is now May amd he still hasn't received this months edition.
