this company staff should go fly a kite in the rain

hi I made an online application for a new cell contract with mtn for a device & airtime package & mondo is the agents who handle the order. I was approved on 22nd April & emailed a new contract document but since rhen mondo can never give me a straight answer I did my 1st application & was approved and then no stock then I changed the device and still I have no joy my point is how come I went to 3 mtn stores they all have stock & even vodacom has stock....... I app**** in mtn store and got approved but canceled coz I can't take it & then another arrives at my doorstep mondo is so f......ed up and the lady levinia naidoo is the agent she is a pathetic service provider I'm really ****ed off now coz that was a new mother's day gift & so I tried another item from takealot & same story get delivered 1 week after mother's day I'm really fed up with the service of this 2 pathetic company
