This is my second purchase from SA Reloader.

I bought the wet tumbler about 4 years ago with no issues, earlier this year I bought the case prepper again with no issues, yesterday I made a mistake and damaged my outside chamfer tool, phoned uncle Ted and after explaining the issue and asking for a replacement he sent me one for free.

Extremly happy with the build quality and after sales service received!
