Constant Beeping Sound

After signing up with them these guys were great at the beginning, What Happened? Yep a new broom will always sweep clean. Day shift call center agent is on the ball.. as for the night shift call center agent hmmm sies man. There's been a constant Beeping Sound coming from my key pad since my old House. The Best tech can't even seem to sort it out. Always claims it's working perfectly before he leaves my premises.
