SA Radiologists

I went for scan , my medical aid did not pay for it. I arrange to pay the account off. I did make my payment as arrange. i skipped one and on two payments i paid R50 to short. On other months my payments was more as arrange even R500 on some months. Cleary that is not what they wanted the way is see it is - pay your arrangement of R150 and please do not pay more, because you made a arrangement of R150!!!!! how de hell, if you are making a paying more to get the account finish i will be glad.

After a few months i was handed over , the lady told me i did not stick to your arrangement .I explained that even if i did pay more how could you just hand me over? Not even the attorneys tried to assist.

My account was R3000 something now i needed to pay R5 000 something to the attorneys.
