*****... we made contact and the lady stated she was from Upington. We organised some friend to go and have a look at the puppys as we are in cape town, so we confirmed a time with the lady. When the friends arrived, no one, nor the neighbors new about any puppys and the lady stopped answering the phone and messages. Her name was Elizabeth
