Do NOT use this dog grooming business!!

I am a qualified animal behaviourist and when a client of mine described how her puppies were treated by Yuppi Puppi, I was appalled. My client was not allowed to stay with her nervous puppies (it was their first time) and the owner mentioned (my client thought she couldn't be serious) that she smacks dogs that don't behave! When my client went back, the Yuppi Puppi owner was upset because she had to wash the puppy again as it pooed on itself and then as my client drove home, she saw that the other puppy had a small cut that started to bleed.

The owner, when confronted, said she wouldn't talk further on the topic and cut her off. My client doesn't want to be a 'whistle-blower' so that's why I am writing this. I cannot abide stories of such treatment of our canine companions
