Worst business ever

I used SA Property to find me a tenant and let out my property - July 2021. Signed an agreement with them wherein it stated that they will collect the rental as well as other management costs for the property. After the 3rd month the Managing Agents contacted me saying that the management bill wasn't paid at all yet. I contacted SA Property and was told that it will be paid in arrears. 10 months built up to R20723 and the tenant has left. Now SA Property expect me to trace down 'their' client and draw up a legal agreement. BUT I PAID THEM 10% OF THE RENTAL PLUS VAT EVERY MONTH TO 'MANAGE' THE RENTAL. On behalf of Shane Manilal
