Worst

We've been staying in a Complex, rented through SA Property since mid Feb 2022. Since then, we have had 2 break ins. I have sent in 2 complaints and was told my incident was isolated and no one else has ever reported a break in. This after many residents have told me about their break in experience. The complex group even said yesterday, looks like break in season is upon us. I was promised a call back before 16h30 yesterday and still waiting. I was told I'd get feedback almost 2 weeks ago, when I asked if the landlord can get safety gate /bars. No feedback. I am still waiting for things to get fixed in the **** hole since I've moved in, including the toilet that's leaking, oven not working, door that's been kicked in. I'm not even allowed to contact the Body of this place nor landlord yet I had to pay almost 40K upfront to move on but this is the nonchalant and only **** response I'm getting. I would not advise to rent through this place!
