What a mess!

After being a diligent tenant and paying on time every moth and ensuring i painted and cleaned the apartment before I left, these people decide to repaint anyway. my rental experience with them was awful. they help my deposit hostage for 6 weeks claiming that the "contractor" was taking his time with a quotation and once this alleged "quotation" was sent, it was well over half of my deposit. what sane person pays R3000 for walls to be painted?? absolutely ridiculous, these people are *********** tenants.
