Useless managaing agent run by an inept employee . Owner has zero interest in the company

If I could give SA property no stars I would. Am trying to lobby our Body Corporate to have them removed as Managing Agents due to sheer incompetency. The MD Michael Bauer seems to have zero interest in the company and it is run by Fiona Dimio. She is arrogant and beyond useless. It is impossible to communicate with her. She does not read e-mails or listen. So when presented with a problem - she bats off answers within seconds that are devoid of any reason or grasp of what it is you are asking of her. I am caught with a major issue of a leak between units and if she were out the way I'm sure it would have been solved long ago. She has obfuscated the facts and managed to log up 70 e-mails - and counting . I've gotten nowhere. My husband and I own 6 properties and deal with other rental agents so we are able to make comparisons. SA Property are by far the most uselss entity we have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
