Made contact with the rental agent Catherine ****croft from SA Property the moment a property went live for letting ... indicated from the start I wanted an application for this property before even viewing the property. Submitted the application on time only to find out the agent never processed my application, neither submitted my offer to the landlord and had the lease signed by another applicant. I waited for days to hear of the outcome of my application and so decided to call the agent only to be told o'h sorry somebody else signed the lease, your application was not submitted and I forgot to get back to you.
