Unprofessional

Appalling service and lack of structure. Statements don't get sent monthly. They do not attend to faults logged, have been living with a whole in my ceiling since October last year. Very unprofessional as they do not even reply to emails and when they do its totally unprofessional - Sunell Afrika. They don't know what it means to do a recon Worse service since the day I moved in
