SA Property highly recommended

Appointed SA Property at the previous complex I lived in a few years ago and our Portfolio manager was Charmaine Frederick. Apart from one other extremely competent person I have ever dealt with at a managing agent, Charmaine is right up there. She provides absolutely professional service, is very knowledgeable & has the best interest of the complex at all times. I highly recommend SA Property. Even on occasion when I had to deal with Michael Bauer directly, he took my call and or responded by email. You won't go wrong with SA property. Should you have issues, check with your Trustees first. People are quick to blame managing agents, but remember, your Body Corporate at the end of the day is run by the Trustees who instruct managing agents. More often than not, the problem lies with inefficient trustees
