SA Property - Ashanti Villas

My levy account was in arrears and I had agreement with the lady by the name of Tammy that in February this year since that time I have never skip my payment every month I paid R2250.00 as per our agreement . I hand that matter to my lawyer unfortunate the law firm end the contract with the people who were working on my case and that was communicated with Sa property. It happened again on their side to change the law firm that they were using and Sa property inform my new lawyer that once they have appointed the new lawyer they will revert back to them . Instead of the new lawyer communicated to my new lawyer to call me direct to make new arrangement and I told them that it has been done already but they insist to send me AOD that I did sign and I was thinking that I'm still dealing with my new lawyer but not , I have realize that after they add legal fees to my account for more than R3500.00 when I ask they told me that they were instructed by body corporate to add the legal fees . I ask the guy who is working on my file why they do that because since from February I have been sticking to my arrangement to date . He couldn't answer me that after two months again they add another legal fees for more R400.00 . I am so angry cause I cant finish my debt because of fees that was added on my account and sometimes they block my electricity I don't know why because I'm still paying every month .what I need is for them to reverse all legal fees that was added to my account cause I'm reliable to pay what owe not legal fees . I haven't skip the payment arrangement .
