Managing agents that can't seem to manage

Every year trying to organise an AGM with our managing agents is an ordeal, I have to continually ask and ask.

This year is no exception: I have requested 5 times for an AGM, I get no response, nor apology.

I thought that when IHFM rebranded itself as SAPROPERTY that these issues would be resolved, but it appears to have potentially gotten even worse in this regard.

When it comes to small tasks or accounting they are not bad , but larger more complex issues appear to be too much for them to focus on as the fact that our building is fairly small it seems we are often overlooked.
