Extremely poor service from Managing Agent

SA Property is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their levy statements always arrive at the very last minute. I have been trying to get an insurance claim paid now for over a year and the only response from Sa Property (Fiona Dimio) is to pass the buck back to me and the insurers. She flat out refuses to assist me in contacting the other owner or owners who might be involved. AGMs are a nightmare. There seems to be no senior management who are in the slightest bit interested in what is going on. I have other properties with different Managing Agents who actually do their job. What a difference. I strongly advise anyone not under any circumstances to use SA Property as a managing agent.
