Disappointing service and appalling communications

I am using SA Property as an agent. I am disappointed in the service that I'm receiving. Their communication is appalling. They are not transparent at all. I have no idea what is going on with the tenant. They have not been paying, and there are issues every month. I have been asking for information, but with no response. The tenants are still living on my property after a breach of contract. They were supposed to evacuate, yet they are living comfortably without any action to remove them. All while the bills are racking up.
