We have dealt with SA Property who manages the Body Corporates of sectional title buildings in South Africa. We dealt with poorly educated teams who did not know the difference between Exclusive Use Areas ***ned by the Body Corporate) and sections as per the Title Deed owned individually. As a result we have no adequate Reserve Fund, no matching 10yr maintenance plan and EUA balconies and rooftop areas have not been maintained for 3 years. CSOS is now looking into this mess.
