SAPrint Group on 5 Short Street in Bloemfontein is terrible.

I requested a quote to SAPrint Group, before lockdown. They provided the quote. I made comparative quotes from other printers. During Lockdown Level 2 and beginning of Lock-down Level 3 asked them to match the price of another printer for Presentation Folders and paid. Firstly Estimator 3, a lady, wasn't helpful. The matter was escalated to her supervisor Braam van Niekerk. I explained to Braam and forwarded him the 30+e-mails. They sent me new quotes with increased prices, citing suppliers etc. He said he would talk to his suppliers. He came back that I have to pay the difference. I told him that I cannot afford to pay more and that rather he should refund me the money. I then sent him my banking details. He asked that I send him proof of Banking, which I did. He indicated that they make payments on Fridays. Mid week he e-mailled to say they can meet me halfway and that they will assist me, he has talked to his suppliers,etc. So I asked him to send me one invoice that consolidates everything to confirm. He never did. Instead I started receiving e-mails to approve proofs,etc. They still wanted designs and to charge me even though I had the designs and they could've edited changes on the business cards. I instisted with the lady Estimator 3 that I want my refund because: There are way too many e-mails, It felt like they were going out of their way not to help me. For example if you want to print business cards and folders, they'll send you 2 quotes. So you can imagine. I insisted with Braam on the refund. Their Boss/Owner, who introduced himself as Ruan Geustyn called me from his cellphone. I explained to him. The dude just flipped that I must listen, and that I don't want to learn. He said you've got two option: We print tomorrow according to what we tell you or I'm refunding you 50% of the money. He then said I can sue him and dropped the phone in my ear. I was then coerced into printing. Estimator 3, a white lady, handed me over to Black people to talk to me. I was know only being handled by black people. Their attitude was terrible. When I had to pick up the goods they wanted me to pay extra. I ended up not receiving all the things I wanted to print. At some point Braam had threatened that I won't get anything until I pay. If I were you. I would never go print or pay there. They are ****s and ******s.
