****mers

Avoid this company if you expect reliable customer service or correct financial payouts. from day one it has been a absolute hassle to get hold of them. After installation there is no communication. Furthermore their financial tracking is incredibly concerning . We were supposed to get money back to cover our main meter electricity cost. however depsite my tendants spending R3990 on tokens since installation we have only received r296.40 back Whenever i query this massive discrepancy my messages and emails are completely ignored . So think twice before using this company.Highly unprofessional and unresponsive

Saprepaid meters, robbing business

I procured electricity prepaid sub-meters in 2021, they’ve never rendered a single service to me, no statement nothing. I paid a lot of money buying electricity and was getting about 25% or even less when I have tenants who are buying electricity. I received all the meters in May 2026, guess what, they demand that I bring the meters back, no refund and demand that I have a contract with them which I never signed for. I was told that the terms and conditions is regarded as a signed contract and it gets renewed automatically. The meters are my property, I did not rent it was an outright purchase and they must pay me the rebates that are due to me for all those years. I received very little from them, for R4000 they will give me less than R1000 when tenants are buying electricity
