Worst service -deposit payment made in March - do not deliver as on promise - my house content damaged as a result !!

The worst service ever for roofing !!! Dealing with a guy Bakkies Lombaard and a lady called Angelique ! 17th March I paid a 70% deposit as stated in their terms and conditions- of course waited 5-7 working days for them to place an order , then 4th April was told the trusses were incorrect , 13 April paid another 20% on delivery on trusses (which were delivered after 4 different explanations), needless to say the trusses were not complete. The existing roof tiling has been removed with the hope that they will finish within one week, it’s been more than 3 weeks now. I make follow up calls, promises no service - last call being last Thursday 4th May - was promised the guys will be on site tomorrow’ the 5th May, (there is always an explanation) !! Regrettably the rain experienced today 8th May has damaged my floor tiles, kitchen cupboards will have to be removed, and the electricity (DB box) needs replacement- electricity is tripping in my house ! Whilst I am consulting with my lawyers to finalize the cost of the damages, I am expecting them to finish on the job as I have already paid them !! I am seeking recourse for the damages !
