No delivery of generator.

Sales Director: Anthony, Order #4583. I ordered a Yanmar 15 KVA Silent 3-phase ATS Diesel Generator on 21 Jan 2023. I received confirmation on the same day that they received proof of payment. On 24 Jan 2023 I received confirmation that it will be delivered on 27 Jan to which I rep**** that I won't be here and requested that they deliver on 26 January or 6 Feb. They confirmed that it will be delivered on 26 January. On 25 January they requested payment that will be refunded at delivery, which I paid. Their reason was to ensure urgent delivery by 12:30 on 26 January. On 26 January I queried three times after 14:00 on when delivery will take place and the first two times was told there is a delay and that delivery will take place later the afternoon or during the night, which did not happen. On 27 January they said that delivery will take place on 6 February. On 6 Feb. I queried again on the time of delivery and was told to be patient, I will receive notification of the delivery. It still hasn't happened.
