Zero Service from Post office in SA

I went to Suninghill Post office yesterday afternoon to renew my car license disc. There was a long queue. We waited for almost +- 2hours before being attended. There was only one person working at the till. Other offices were empty. Only one person, other stations were apparently offline. what a shame and pity for the country. People were coming from Kelvin and Kyalami to be serviced and unfortunately. Plus they were closing at 15h30. Totally understand the pandemic consequences but in this difficult time where the majority of people are looking for jobs only one work station is operational. U suggest that these renewals services be made available elsewhere, online or at retailers such as Pickn'Pay , Soar or Shoprite. Many thanks
