Yr staff hve zero understanding of Customer Service

The service myself & other customers received at your Park Meadows branch was the level below Zero if that's even possible. To top it all the short lady is mouthy getting aggressive with customers when they complain to her re the state of room - dark, untidy, cash points broken except for one, photocopier broken, and for some reason that branch does not take Standard Bank cards. There was a woman in a wheelchair who had to que along with everyone else. Ridiculous, really. Why have a counter with a wheelchair sign but not use that counter for its purpose. Some customers walked & chattes to the 1 man working there & immediately received preferential treatment. The Post Office is a disgrace - once such an amazing organization to say it's a shadow of its former self is even insulting!!
