YOU STOLE MY KEY DEPOSIT

When we moved here 2 years ago we hired a post box and had to pay R30 for a key deposit. We have now given up the box as we no longer need it and were cordially and very casually informed that their \system"was changed and we will not receive our deposit. I know the PO was is financial trouble but surely resorting to *****ing my deposit wont bail them out ? Yes its only R30 ...but its MY R30 "
