yet again ! pathetic

Hi I'm expecting two parcels one from the UK and one from america. Both companies have told me that my parcel should have been delivered to me. The name the parcels are under is Abdullah Hassen. The address is 27 winston road homestead park 2092 johannesburg. The tracking number for the UK one is RU***GB. The one from america I didn't receive a tracking number but its from the company called Asos. The order number for that one is ***. I have tried to contact the post office but they are of no help at all. I could come and collect my parecls wherever they are if I need. Could someone please help me. <br> Thank you<br>
