Good day I got a bad service at Keiskammahoek Post office a teller refused to open a post bank 4 my uncle. He suggested him to open the Sassa card n i told him to open the post bank so that he can save his money he suggested me 2 go n open the account with other banks. I wanted him to earn his disability grant @ post office cause its safer n not far from home 4 his condition but he refused. I wanted the post office to fill in his details cause he had an account but its a book not card.. The thing I wanted was the form 2 be filled with hid banking details. Im very disappointed. The teller is a guy with no name tag.
