Hello Sempe07,

Thank you for your comment.

#RJ***CN has been allocated local reference RI***ZA and track records shows that it was at the South Hills post office from 24/02/2015 and a notification slip was issued to the receiving address on the same day. It was returned to sender as unclaimed on 24/03/2015.

#RK***CN was converted to a local reference RI***ZA and was also received at the South Hills branch on 24/02/2015 and a copy of a notification slip was issued to the receiving address on the same day. It was also returned to sender as unclaimed on 24/03/2015.

#RI***CN has local reference RI***ZA and was at the South Hills branch from 22/01/15 and was not collected. The branch sent it back to the Intenational Mail Centre on 04/03/15 and the section scanned it on 05/03/15.

We'll find out from the section if they are still in the country and we'll request them to re-route them South Hills provided that they are still within our delivery network.

Thanks and regards,
Customer Service
