WORST SERVICE RENDERED AT LOUIS TRICHARDT/MAKHADO POST OFFICE

Worst service delivery rendered at Makhado Post Office, I contacted them regarding my parcel coming in from Netherlands Post after along time of tracking without the Post Office. The lady who answered the call was very rude from just answering the phone, when i gave her my tracking number she transferred me to the call which i waited and when i call back she pick up and don't say a thing, I asked her to speak to the branch manager she rep**** that she is the branch manager from the date 25-27 August 2021 this women has be abusive to me with words. I then called called the head office trying to share the service I was receiving from the branch in Makhado in Limpopo. Today 26/08/2021, when i called i asked to speak to the manager, the phone was answered by a white male whose as well claiming to be the manager, i asked for the name he insisted he name is the manager, I won't use the service of that Post Office again, and what is worse Post Office SA failed to provide a service within itself when you call in to trace the staff are confused instead of assisting to trace they end up telling you their systems aren't the same, to make the customer service bad even more when an item leaves customs that will be the last time it was scanned in the system. Sadly no one seems to care in turn we are abused with our voice less heard. Post Office SA please intervene these service we are longing its a public service i attest the Louis Trichardt/Makhado render subpar service and the remain unaccountable for their poor service delivery. It is worth mentioning that few staff like France and Masala they really tried to assist me at some point over the phone he lady claiming to be the branch manager refused them from checking the parcel i was trying to locate, the honest truth here is the parcel was at the post office there only their were denying me the service of knowing its been there since the 24/08/2021 after i had to start tracing it from calling customs then the hub in Johannesburg then Polokwane hub i had to call the wits post office to assist and Julia Megalane she is exemplary in what i call great service i salute her with the stella job she done in assisting me locating the parcel.
