Worst service, missed job opportunity due to Post Office staff!!!

I sent my job applications via speed services to a Private Bag address on the 15th Oct 2019 fron Kroonstad and they were in Bloemfontein on the 17th Oct 2019, closing date for those were on the 25th Oct 2019.

Today 22nd Nov 2019 I get a notification from Post Office, it was returned. Apparently the staff in Bloemfontein Post Office if a parcel/plastic says "Counter to Counter" they DO NOT put it in a Private Bag of the receiver, a lady who works at Kroonstad Post Office confirmed that as soon as she receives Private Bag posts for speed services, even if it says counter to counter she puts it in a box as it shows infront the private bag address.

Right now, I'm very furious because I missed an opportunity to get a job which I saw that I do qualify for. I need someone to account on this and perhaps give me a job. Did I pay for speed services just for my parcel to make a turn in Bloemfontein and come back to Kroonstad? Wow!

Lastly, I need an explanation on why Post Office works in different ways, this branch works like this and the other not. What happened to "We deliver whatever it takes"?
