Worst service in the world and impossible to get assistance from them

I have been tracking my package online for the past few month waiting for the status to show it has been scanned in at a post office, I even went to the Valhalla post office to find out if my package arrived there and now I see on the 27th of June the status changed to returned to sender but no notification was ever sent to me that my package arrived at any post office neither was the tracking ever updated, unfortunately this is unacceptable and I want my package I have tried to phone the post office numerous times without ever getting through to a consultant and I have been mailing them nonstop without response. I was not alerted to my package being at the post office nor was the tracking status updated, I no other ways to contact anyone to assist available.
