worst service in the country

I app**** for a job using the post office service, I posted my applications via fast mail, which is money, the copies, printouts is money. the address on the envelope was correct, I even called the place I was applying at just to make sure. Because of the post office I lost out on a very good job opportunity! my money gone! I asked them what happened, THEY DONT KNOW! Which now makes me wonder, how many more people experience this? how many applications don't reach their destination cause of *********** people?
