WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

I ordered from the UK a month ago and within a week the package was already on South African soil..THATS WHERE THE PROBLEMS START!!!!. It took daays to be received by customs..daaays for it to get cleared...and till today it has since "Left JMIC Air" and is on its way to Free State..its been a month I havent received any form of communication from the Post Office.. I tried calling customer service and hell.. that was a waste of time and money I held for 2 hours straight I even have screenshots to prove that...I wrote several emails with no response..talked to the twitter acc only to be told that the matter has been "escalated" ..This is by far the worst courier experience ever..I'll definately be sure to choose DHL next time..Even this review..I doubt they will even bother replying or try to assist because in fairness..what did I expect by choosing a state owned courier service? all I gained from this entire experience was frustration and the opportunity to spend more money on trying to get ahold of a courier than that I paid for shipping.
