WORST SERVICE EVER

My Parcel has been at Kagiso Post office for over two months, i tracked my parcel and they supposedly sent me a first notification, which is a lie. i went there and they couldn't assist me, the lady told me they had moved so everything is not in order. The following week i returned and asked if i could go through their files to check for my tracking number code, they told me they don't know where the book is. This is really getting annoying, the service there is very bad
