worst service ever and the rudest people

I buy most off my stuff online from overseas, everything gets routed to the post office in Arconpark (inside Checkers). I went there the Friday due to an sms I received to pick up a package. I was told by the lady working there to stand in the corner and wait, I waited for an hour while she helped everyone else and left without any results, I went back the Monday to try again, the manager there said he is alone and will look for my package and call me ( I am still waiting for that call). I went back again the Wednesday as I got another sms only to be greeted with the upmost rudeness and was told I will not get my package without a slip. I tried to explain that its send to my work and I am on leave but an altercation started as I told them they have the worst service and are the rudest people I have ever encountered in customer service. I went back Friday with the slips after getting it at work , I was talking to my mother on the phone and the manager stormed out off the office to yell at me and tell me I will put down my phone, and I will not swear his people, which if he was there when the altercation happened he would know I wasn't the one swearing his people. I told him I am going to report them to Hello Peter and then he threatened me by saying if I do that the post office will sue me and he will call my company and report me (I assume that's how he keeps unhappy clients quiet, as my mother also took her business elsewhere due to their rudeness and unprofessional manner. ) then he gave me all my parcels without having slips ( double standards I'd say, as I was told I cannot get my parcels without the slips). I have a few more parcels going to them that I cannot change addresses on, after that I will not be doing business with them at all
