Worst service ever

Wow this service is the worst in government, I have a parcel that came in on the 1st of march 2021 I emailed them to ask as I can see its in the country and says on its way to destination, I emailed so many times and yet the story always that that tracking number can not be tracked and yet somehow I can track it but they can't, don't even try to call them that 0860 number no one ever answers it hey, I have 2nd parcel that's in the mail center came in on the 26 march 2021, the parcel is still not yet processed its nearly 2 months, every time I email it sorry please mail again for an update, I think even in the old days the horses managed to deliver mail faster, if they have such a major problem why don't they employ people to assist and get **** moving, it looks like all their doing is dragging their legs, no one seems to care about people getting their parcels, their want us to be a world class city, we can't even get mail delivered how do their expect us a country to move forward if we can even deliver simply mail hey, the big bosses are sitting on their heads getting fat salaries but know nothing they doing.
