Worst service ever!!!

I sent packages home from South Korea in January and February of 2020. When the packages arrived I was taxed for used goods which shouldn't be the case. On 27 November I recieved an email admitting that my packages need to be recalculated. I haven't heard anything since. My emails are being ignored, my calls are transferred back and forth with nobody wanting to help me. I am at my wits end. My packages are stuck at the post office for months now because JIMC isn't doing their jobs. Absolutely useless to say the least. I am not supposed to be looking at ways to tarnish the reputation of JIMC, nobody in South Africa is supposed to be looking to do this. Just do your ****** job!!!
