Worst Service ever !!!

If I could give zero rating for the non-existent service when it comes to international parcels and customs offices. I had a parcel from the United states which was couriered via USPS TRACKING NO: HJ ********** 59US was processed in 29 May 2018 , in 5 days it was listed as in Johannesburg JIMC C AIR, PRIORITY MAIL PARCELS, SOUTH AFRICA and presented to customs, after 3 weeks then listed as in Durban C AIR, Its been a full 6 weeks since the parcel has been held, I do not understand how a parcel can take less than 5 days to fly halfway across the world and two months plus to get delivered at a local post office. Worst thing you e-mail ********** - ***or even call the head office international parcels and get no response , call rings and does not get answered for more than an hour!!!! Pathetic service SA post office, now I stand worried and wonder as to whether my parcel ( gift) still even exists or was ****** and cant even get any info on it.
