Worst service ever

Please can someone assist me, I have tried calling and emailing post office regarding my parcel from China and still no feedback. When I trace it, it was updated only in March since then no update and don't know its where about. I called Post Office Hub in PTA they advised they have send it to Post office in Pretoria North, when I call Pretoria North they don't know about it also.

This is really irritating as I'm being send from pillar to post. I'm using my airtime, data to follow up and still no feedback when you call customer service number they say your call is important to us until you even decide to hang up cause no answer. The service at post office is disgusting, can I get my stuff and will leave you guys in peace and will never use your services again.
